This an example of an ankle joint is that is adjusted with the heel too low (same as toe being too high).

Proper alignment would be so that the toe touched the ground the same place as the heel in this example.  This is somewhat of a personal preference, but don't let your prosthesist get it this far out of alignment!  Again, these are extreme examples for illustrative purposes only.
