This an example of an ankle joint is that is adjusted with the heel too high (same as toe being too low).

Proper alignment would be so that the heel touched the ground the same place as the toe in this example.  This is somewhat of a personal preference, but don't let your prosthesist get it this far out of alignment!  Again, these are extreme examples for illustrative purposes only.
