Cascade Orthopedic Supply Inc. is now distributing two new knees, the ProAdvantage Mechanical 4-Bar Polycentric Knee (PK-4000) and the ProAdvantage Pneumatic 4-Bar Polycentric Knee (PK-4001).
The PK-4000 offers outstanding stability and is best suited for amputees with shorter residual limbs. Stability adjustments can be made quickly and easily. Other features include friction control, extension assist, and integrated pyramid socket attachment. List price for the knee is $492.

The PK-4001 is for patients with higher activity needs. The knee features an integrated pyramid for socket adjustment, 30mm pylon distal attachment, and extension and flexion speed controls. Designed with roller bearings at each axis, the knee moves fluidly with very little friction. List price for the knee is $1,170.

Both knees accommodate patient weight of 100 kgs / 200 lbs. and are CE marked.
